I love great food and I love activities with food… family meals, summer picnics with friends, parties, anything! I love foods with big flavors and, preferably, low calories.
However, we all know that both big flavors and low calories are not usually what we find in the food we love the most. So, every now and then I go on a search for food that is sure to be tasty, but not so packed with calories. It’s so much more fun when I can enjoy what I eat and know that it won’t go to my hips quite as fast! 😉
